Tynie/Waldo and I went shopping for bridal stuff in Richmond yesterday. We found lots of hip accessories and possibilities for our outfits. We even took some documents for reference (I had to tell her to turn off the flash. We were NOT subtle scavenging for only ideas and no products).

(FYI- it'll be open bar all night since we buy the liquour ourselves and rent out the bartending services)

So I was thinking, could this be, ideologically, some form of coming together of (Latin American) socialism and (US) capitalism? Guess who's behind whom between Tynie (Hong/Waldo) and Martin.

Just posted a new banner to this blog. The design of this banner is inspired by Mary Heilman's painting titled Techapi II. We saw this paining at the WACK! exhibit at the Museum of Women in the Arts in DC two weekends ago. We like its black, pink and white combination and its simplicity.
